The Community Foundation considers your organization to be a current grantee if you have received a grant through one of our grant programs that is still open. Grants are considered open if the year your award was made hasn't ended or until your organization's follow-up report has been submitted.

What are my reporting requirements?
A follow-up report of your program/project is due one year from the date funding is received.
Completing Your Online Follow-Up Report:
- Use this link to begin your online follow-up report. You will be directed to the logon page of the online grants management system.
- To logon, please use the same email address and password you used to submit your application.
- You will land on a "dashboard" where you will see all of the grants that have been applied for. Scroll down the page and you will find the "Follow-Up" section. Look to the right and you will see "edit." Click on edit to begin the follow-up report.
- Your follow-up report must also include an expenditure report. This form must be saved to your desktop, completed in full, and uploaded to the online grant system.
