The Community Foundation considers your organization to be a current grantee if you have received a grant through one of our grant programs that is still open.  Grants are considered open if the year your award was made hasn't ended or until your organization's final evaluation has been submitted.

 - Community Grant Program
 - Grants for the Environment
 - Keuka Area Fund
 - Rose's Youth Philanthropists
 - Fund for Women
 - Ti-Ger Fund

What are my reporting requirements?
A final evaluation of your program/project is due one year from the date funding is received. Download the appropriate evaluation form to use as a guide for your final submission. 

For spring and fall competitive grant cycles (including Ti-Ger awards) and grants for the environment:
