Community Foundation announced today that it has received a grant from Corning Incorporated Foundation in the amount of $10,000. Combined with funding already at Community Foundation, $16,000 in mini grants will be awarded to nonprofit organizations located in and serving the citizens of Southeast Steuben County in the coming year.

Mini grants from Community Foundation are awarded for program or projects expenses not normally built into an organization's budget, emergent needs or out of the ordinary expenses. Organizations may request a grant for up to $1,000. Registered 501c3 organizations can apply for a mini grant here.
